The apartment comes equipped with a fridge, electric heating, and a gas cookstove. Water, sewer, garbage and gas are included in the rent, while the tenant is responsible for the electric bill. Convenient off/on street parking is available for residents, and there is also a coin-operated laundry facility on-site for your convenience. Please note that satellite dishes are not allowed in the complex. We understand that pets are part of the family, which is why we allow one small to medium-sized pet with an additional $25.00 pet rent, a $400.00 pet deposit, and a $350.00 non-refundable administrative fee. For your peace of mind, we require an $800.00 security deposit. To make your life easier, a $100 utility surcharge is included in the rent. Please note that we offer a 12-month lease only.
